When you sign in with Google:

• Google account name and email address
• Google profile photo URL
• A unique user ID assigned by Firebase Authentication

When you use the app:

• Tickers you scan (stored in Firestore as a shared cache — visible to all users)
• Trust score and contribution counts (scans, flags, verifications)
• Watchlist items (PRO users only)
• Subscription status and billing date (from Stripe webhook — no card numbers stored)
• IP address (used for rate limiting only — not linked to your profile, auto-deleted after 24 hours)

When you send feedback:

• Your message, optional email, and optional screenshot URL

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To track your scan contributions and display the leaderboard
• To activate and manage PRO subscriptions
• To prevent abuse via rate limiting
• To respond to feedback you submit

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third party.

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, hosting. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Google Gemini AI — qualitative financial analysis. Filing narratives are sent to Gemini. No personal user data is included in these requests.
• SEC EDGAR — public financial data source. No personal data is transmitted.
• Yahoo Finance — market cap and FX rate data. No personal data is transmitted.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active
• Rate limit records: auto-deleted after 24 hours
• Scan cache: retained indefinitely (it's public financial data)
• Feedback: retained for operational purposes

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing . We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your language preference and daily scan count locally on your device. No tracking cookies are used. No advertising networks are involved.

8. Security

Your data is protected by Firebase Security Rules, server-side authentication token verification, rate limiting, and CORS domain restrictions. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google.

9. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date.
